Shipping Policy

We offer FREE worldwide shipping.

It will take 1-3 business days to process your order, regardless of the shipping option selected. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

All orders usually take 6-13 working days to arrive. Our hours of operation for shipping and customer service are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM CET, excluding weekends, worldwide bank holidays, and other major holidays. That means if you order on Tuesday, you can expect the order to be shipped by Friday at the latest.

Once your item has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation. Contact customer service at squishydreamsco@gmail.com if you have not received an email shipping confirmation.

International: 6-15 Days

PLEASE NOTE

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you through email.

Occasionally USPS can have delays in delivery. We are NOT responsible for any delays on the courier part. If your tracking number states your package was delivered and you do not have the package, contact your local delivery company for help! They are great about assisting you in locating your package if you call your local company directly

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

A shipping confirmation with your tracking number will be sent to the email address that you provided when you placed your order. You will also receive an email when your order is out for delivery. You will also receive an email when your order is delivered. Please track your shipment as Squishy Dreams is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING AN INFORMED PURCHASE WITH US

We often use estimated delivery dates on our product pages. While we strive to have your packages delivered within that estimated timeframe, the customer has read and acknowledged that these dates are not guaranteed. The customer acknowledges that their package could come sooner or later than the dates we have estimated. Due to this, we cannot issue refunds for packages that arrive later than estimated as it is not a guarantee or a promise.

We have multiple warehouses that stock and ship our items. These warehouses are located in:

United States, Belgium, China

Your order could ship from any one of these warehouses depending on our current stock and inventory - meaning, if you order from the United States, your package is not guaranteed to come from our U.S. warehouse due to stock or shipping reasons. If this occurs, your items will come from an international location and take slightly longer than usual, but will still be faster than waiting on a domestic restock. We reserve the right to ship your order from any of our locations.

Shipping times can also in some cases be delayed due to factors outside of our control, such as:

  • IR Disputes/Strikes
  • Weather Conditions
  • Time of Year (e.g. Holiday Seasons)
  • Large and/or Bulky Items
  • Error on the Shipping Providers side
  • Error by your local post office
  • International Customs

Should any of the above scenarios occur with your package, we promise to keep you well informed to the best of our ability.

SHOPPING/SHIPPING GUARANTEE

We're committed to our customers, which is why we make the following promise:

If your item(s) don't arrive within the following time frames, we're going to either send you a new item for free, OR refund the full amount of the original order:

USA (Mainland): 30 days

USA (Other): 35 days

International: 35 days

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the buyers responsibility to make sure that all shipping information is correct.

We have a strict shipping schedule and therefore won't always be able to make changes to the shipping address. Please double-check the address you are entering before checking out. We will NOT be held responsible for packages sent to the wrong address.

If your order is already processed or has already shipped, we are unable to make changes to the destination address. At that point, the only thing we can do is wait for the package to be returned to us. If the item is returned to our warehouse, we will issue a full refund upon arrival.

CHANGE & MODIFY ORDER

Once your order has been processed, it has entered the shipping process and no further changes can be made.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Squishy Dreams is NOT responsible for these charges if they are applied. They are the customer's responsibility.
