Our lamps have 2-3 brightness options and last 9-34 hours, depending on the setting.

Is the lamp washable?

While the lamp itself is not washable, it can be spot cleaned with a damp cloth to keep it looking fresh and clean.

How long does it take to fully charge the lamp?

The lamp typically takes about 2-3 hours to fully charge from empty to full.

What material is the lamp made of?

Our lamp is crafted from high-quality ABS + silicone, which is soft and delicate and easy to mold, making it very decompressive and durable.

Is there a timer feature on the lamp?

Yes! Our lamp includes a conventient 30-minute timer option, allowing you to set it to automatically turn off after 30 minutes, making it perfect for bedtime routines or use as a nightlight.

SHIPPING FAQs

What's your shipping policy?

We pride ourselves on transparency throughout the whole shipping process. You can expect delivery in typically 6-12 business days.

I made a mistake on my shipping address, can I change it?

Generally, you can change your shipping address within1 hour. Make sure to contact us immediately with your order number, and the correct address. The more information you provide, the sooner we can change your information. Although we cannot guarantee that we'll catch your order in time before it enters processing, we will try our absolute best to make the requested changes.

 How can I track my order?

When your package ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to check the status.

How long does delivery take?

Once your order is verified and your payment is approved, processing begins. This takes approximately 1 - 3 business days - not including weekends or holidays. After processing, orders are shipped from our warehouse. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped. You can expect delivery in typically 6-12 business days

What causes a delayed delivery?

In a perfect world, package deliveries arrive on time without any issues. But, in some cases, delays occur and here are the reasons why: 

Failed delivery attempts: This occurs if there was no one there to receive the package or if the address is misspelt, incomplete or outdated. Usually, couriers make 2 or 3 attempts to deliver your package, but on different days. After these attempts, your package will most likely be stored in the couriers warehouse for 5-7 days. Please contact your local post office immediately to track it down. We are NOT responsible for any delays on the delivery company part.

Where is my tracking number?

Your tracking number will be in your shipping confirmation email (this may be in your spam or junk folder). If you still cannot find it, please message or email and we will provide it.

My tracking shows no updates?

If your order has just shipped please allow 1-3 business days for tracking to update in the system. If your order shows the first tracking scan, but has since not updated, then don't panic - the gap between the first and second scan is 90% of the transit time. This does not mean your order is delayed.

Can I ship the products to an address that is different from my billing address?

Yes, definitely! You can do so by filling in your address as the billing address and the address you wish to ship your order to, as the shipping address.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including iDeal,Visa, Mastercard, Visa Debit, American Express.We don't accept checks or money orders.

I recently purchased an item online and now it's discounted. Can I get the discounted price?

Pricing on the website is subject to change without notice. Orders placed before promotions are not eligible to receive new promotions or discounts. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unauthorised, altered, or ineligible use of the offer, and to modify or cancel any promotion due to unforeseen issues

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged once your order is processed to ship. Please note that once credit card authorization is received, depending on your bank, the funds may be reserved for up to 30 days. Please check your bank's policy. If you are paying with a debit card, please verify with your bank if there are limitations on daily withdrawal amounts on your card. What steps does Squishy Dreams take to prevent credit card fraud?

We have multiple security processes in place. For one, we will never save your credit card information at Squishy Dreams. This remains the private property of the card holder at all times before, during, and after the product purchase. When our team is unable to rule out the possibility of fraud categorically, the transaction is kept on hold, and the customer is requested to provide identity documents. What if my credit card is denied?

You will receive an error message immediately if there is a problem with processing your credit card. You'll have the opportunity to enter a new card number if this happens. Please make sure that all of your personal information matches the exact information (name, address, etc) associated with your credit card. If some information doesn't match, the transaction will not go through, as we have a very secure payment process. If you are unsure, please call your credit card company to verify the information they have on file.Also, please ensure that your credit card is able to make international purchases. You can also try going through the regular checkout. Kindly note, our online checkout system does not allow for payments to be split on two cards.

 What currency will be used when I place my order?

All prices listed on the website are in the currency that you choose. For international orders, the bank that has issued your credit/debit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will be charged. The amount taken from the original funding source is returned in full when refunded by the seller. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies caused by exchange rate fluctuations.
